Because your flight data is only available for
about 3 months after you fly, it is important
that you keep your records for the year. Should your airline start providing you with an
electronic version of your data online or a paper
source we can use, please contact our office and we
will be glad to see if it will work. We will
be glad to do the data entry for you if we have
something that we can use. Little red
books and hand written notes are not accepted.
there are a couple of ways to save your flight
data for us to use.
US AIR FA's do not have full year of sequence
details available so the widget will not work yet.
You still will need to fill out a log. You
may be able to pull up sequence details for some
months at end of year to assist with filling in
your log. Hopefully the last year you will need to

some or all of their flight data from APA.

Create a Flight Log using one of the following two
Fill in our Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Works
For those of you who prefer to keep your data in a
file on your computer we offer a log for
Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Works. Click on
the button below and choose "save" when
prompted. We recommend saving the file somewhere
on your computer where you can find it again
easily, i.e. your desktop. Please rename the
file something unique to you: such as your last
name and the year. Once your log is complete you
can submit it to us by logging into your online
account and selecting the file upload tab at the
top. Once the file is submitted proceed to the
payment tab. Your payment will push your account
