Option 2.  Copy and paste data into our paperless submission form.  Because your flight data is online for an entire year, you can copy and paste your trip details into our electronic form or a Word documentand submit them to us directly through our website.   Just download this file and follow our easy instructions!

You must print out ALL trip details for each month by going to VIPS Trip Recaps.  Select the calendar views and clicking on the bars for each trip.  We are not responsible for missing or incomplete data.  You need to make sure that you have copied all of the trips.  It is no longer feasible for us to call everyone because they forgot to include all of their data.  We can only enter what you send, so please make sure you send ALL of your data.  It can make a difference in your results.

Option 3.  Print all twelve months and mail  to us with a check for $59.00. Make sure that you all of your trip recaps are printed in landscape format..  Print all 12 pay periods and mail to us with your check, email address, mailing address and phone number.

Option 4.  Fill in our Electronic Log.  We have a great one available to you by logging in to your own secure account with us.  If you have not registered an account with us online, it is a simple process! 

Option 4.  For those of you who prefer to keep your data in a file on your computer we offer a log for Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Works.  Click on the button below and choose "save" when prompted.  We recommend saving the file somewhere on your computer where you can find it again easily like your desktop.  Please rename the file something unique to you; such as your last name and year You can submit it to us by logging into your account and using our streamlined submission and payment process.  We hope you will try our online  log first. It's features are light years ahead of our basic Excel file and will help prevent you from making data entry errors.
